I opened my NEW must I add bag of hot Cheetos that I bought from a Target in Columbia Md. when I opened the bag a plastic almost condom like plastic was inside of it. After I downed about 10 hot Cheetos. This is extremely unsanitary, and disgusting. Never in my life have I seen this I’m truly disgusted.
