I rented Avis car every month from April 2021 and i was promised at the time of renewal that the rates will be pro-rated if i returned the car before the end of the month. However, when i returned the care on July 12, 2021, I was charged for the complete month. And now they say the rates are different because i did not complete one month. User's recommendation: Do not fall for cheap prices and opt for quality rentals like Enteprise, even if it means it is little expensive. They value customers and have ethical management.
