Subcription not FOund
oI access my Oceanography eBook through my university Canvas. I got up early this morning to study and I'm getting an error message stating, "Subscription Not Found" Your Customer Service SUCKS! When I call the Customer Service line provided on the Internet, Pearson answers and says it's not in service but to use "get support." I did but it's an automated chat (NOT A REAL PERSON) and only has a few things to choose from on the menu. None of which address my problem right here, right now. We pay a lot of money for these books and we need to access them for classes that have exams. I know things happen but you need to fix your Customer Service so we can REACH A GODAMN PERSON to help us fix a problem cause by YOUR COMPANY! User's recommendation: You're just screwed because you have to use Pearson's books to take the class. The books are great but there's no support!
