I have spent over 600$ in my local Blue Mercury Shop, which is located in Rye Ny,a very up scaled town. I am a make up addict. Really a huge amount of the money I earn goes toward my beauty products. I consider myself an educated shopper and very knowledgeable about many beauty products. I enjoy learning about new items in the field as well as chatting with professionals. ThAt is why when Blue Mercury openned in my neighborhood I was excited. For a women having a choice of several high end cosmetic lines under one roof is awesome. Plus there is something inviting about local store that is aware of your beauty needs. So sorry I wasn’t able to experience anything close to this. Everything time I entered this establishment not only did no one appear k now much about any line, but I felt as though my presence was disturbing the sales women. I don’t like a hard overbearing atmosphere but the vibe in this place is down right negative and cold. It is very upsetting tha I have spent a significant amount of money at this location. Is there anyone in charge of employee personnel?
