I called at 4pm, requesting a cab to pick up my 14 year old daughter from her middle school at 4:35 pm. At 4:48 my daughter calls (using a friend's phone) asking where the cab is. I called Yellow cab to find out; dispatcher told me she didn't know why my daughter hadn't been picked up but she would have a cab there immediately. After 30 min. With no child, I called back. Cab was just a minute away. My child wasn't picked up until 5:30! They left a child standing in front of her school for 55 minutes!! I asked to speak to a supervisor. There wasn't one available. Apparently supervisors don't work after 5 and on week ends. I will be complaining to the regulatory agency as I consider this to be criminal. Don't trust yellow cab with your child!
