I was in the Killen, Al. store returning an alternator core. There were only the manager and one other employee in the store. The manger was taking care of the return, and I ask the employee Haley to get me two gallons of oil. She told me to get it my self, that this is a self serve store. I've never been treated like this in the forty years I've done business with this store.
