I paid for a car wash at the fuel pump. There were no signs indicating that the car wash was not in service. After completing another transaction inside, I went by the car wash to see it had traffic cones blocking the service entrance into the car wash. When I went back inside and asked for a refund, the attendant said he was sorry he couldn't give me a refund because he wasn't the manager. So I asked if I can't get a refund, am I just [protected]@
