Prize won but never delivered

I won a $300.00 gift and it has not arrived. It has been well over 3 months. I’ve called customer service at least 4 times and seems I just keep getting the run around. I should not have to chase my winnings, and spend all this time on phones….

Changed the taste of cigarettes

I been smoking pall mall for many year and recently you changed the pack design along with the taste of the cigarettes..you can say you didnt buy been smoking them for over 15 years I know the difference..you just lost a customer who purchased 2-3 packs per day .very disappointed
