My car was towed and the nexts morning no one showed up or answer phone .from 8 am till 230 pm someone showed up and took me to car stereo,tools portable satellite missing.3 months and they say its their employee responsibilty to replace items.back up with police inventory.southwest body&towing in artesia nm.I had them served with a summons in claims court.How can you make emplyees responsible for replacement of equiptment and the company not be.The car was only in their hands for 6 hours.I feel they are knowing this kind of thing has happen before and not willing to do anything since it is a small town and they have not met people willing to do what it takes to resolve matters.Its awful they do not even try to resolved this
