I have been a donor for over 10 years! I was deferred by a bowl that broke for 60 days! Out of my control. And because I wasn't able to donate for 60 days, I lost my platinum status. Meaning now I have to start all over again. Mind you! The same day of the accident, I become platinum. I was looking forward to taking advantage of the membership, NOT STANDING IN LONG LINES! This is not fair at all that nothing could be done! It wasn't my fault for a mishap with the machine. I'm mad. to be back at silver! Wow! No help whatsoever!! You have to do right by donors of 10 yrs!
