Customer Service agent told another customer service agent to write down my social security number over the phone. My identity has been stolen and after 8 hours of calling to speak to Fraud Dept. I was told 36 calls/times there is no Fraud Dept. My identity has been stolen by Saks Fifth Avenue and I can't do anything about it. I keep getting SOUTH AFRICA 8 HOURS EVERY DAY! User's recommendation: Don't give SAKS FIFTH AVENUE YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION.
