stole my money and will not refund my credit

Skype decided to deactivate my credit as I wasn't using it (This is fine as they informed me I could get it back). 6 months later my phone isn't working so I log in to use Skype, only to find my credit is not there to be deactivated. After several hours of contacting the useless customer service they tell me that the credit was assigned to a ghost account that cannot be accessed. They are unable to credit my actual account I was and have always been using and wouldn't give me a refund as it was more than 6 months since i bought the credit. Why that matters I don't know, I paid credit onto the account. They then removed that credit and will not pay me my money back. I have registered a complaint internally and got no where. I have never experienced such a frustrating experience and will never use their services again.
