No matter what I do my Samsung front load washer stinks badly. I've tried several washer cleaners, bleach with hot cycles, cold cycle, ammonia and other house cleaners. I have washed my dog towels in it but did this for years in the washers made until early 2000. I'm 77 and have owned several washers and different types. Everyone I talk to has the same problems with front load and top load. Either they are not designed right or this is a deliberate design to cause consumers to buy high priced cleaners that don't do the job OR they want them to buy yet another washer. This is NOT good business! User's recommendation: Don't buy Front load for sure. Keep your old washer if it can be repaired. I'd give anything to have my old one back.
