Still waiting on my delivery/poor customer service

Its has now been over a month and still havent received the screw on legs for the sections sofa I purchased. Called multiple times only to hear someone tell me yeah we are trying to contact the delivery manager well give you a call back when we get a touch with them. It has now been two weeks still no call. Called around more than 4 times no answer. I have a house warming party scheduled in two weeks and now I might have to cancel it. Very disappointed and this probably will be my last time shopping with value city. User's recommendation: Poor customer service! Late delivery and partial delivery.
