I ordered a patio set from Houzz that was shipped on 7/7. Expected last day delivery of 7/16. No delivery, no contact then the site was updated to show a delivery of 7/21. Still no delivery. On hold with Houzz for 40 minutes, did not answer! Called personally waited 50 minutes, no answer! Do not order from Houzz if this is the delivery company! I cant believe how terrible Ceva is! Im disgusted with the entire family thing! Only gave a 1star because I had to. User's recommendation: Do not use this company!!!
