Last November 30th 2019 I went to one of the primo outlet inside a Walmart store in Houston texas. I deposited 2 empty bottles but I did not get a ticket so I went to the customer service department at that same Walmart right after it happened. I spoke to the employee and the store manager but they both said that I can’t get my 2 empty primo jugs and money since primo is a different company. Now I spoke to 2 of your employees and they told me that they are to send me a free coupons of 2 jugs of primo water thru the mail but I still haven’t receive it yet and it’s been over a week
