Still up set about the experience

Our air conditioner been out since we checked in yesterday and i have my 78 year old aunti with me.and it was hot in the rm. And as iam typing to yall now its still out.and we leaving wednesday of thus week.so i ask a question about being charge for. 6 -22-**** they took one day off so i ask a question why yall charging me for another full day and we stayed in the rm a day in a half in the heat it was after 12 o'clock before they moved us almost 2 oclock before we got another rm.so why i had to pay another full day price and we were in the heat.then i found out ten units were out the manager said.if you no they out why rent them out.
