Still no refund….passed off £40 down the drain

I thought I would have had a refund by now of £40 that was for my nephew's birthday. He's mad at me and it's not that I I have £40to throw away, I'm on disability and it's causing me stress and anxiety.im £40 loss I don't have . Therefore I threw the tickets away aswell as the receipts. User's recommendation: Take your chance with Steam.
