Still haven’t heard from a rep from KitchenAide.

After pissedconsumer got involved I received an email from Whirlpool that a rep would be in touch with me. Still waiting. What suggestions do you have for next steps? The office of the CEO? User's recommendation: Avoid Whirlpool products and their family of other brands like Kitchen Aide. Poor quality dishwasher and even worse customer service related to repair and follow up.
