Still have not received my refund
The issue with the item being not delivered was soled in my favor by the dispute team, and I give the kudos for that. They told me I am entitled to receive a full refund to the card I paid my goods with. The card is in good status, it is a credit card issued by the major bank. I have note received funds yet and it has been 14 days, not calendar days but banking days. I filed a complaint to the customer service, and they apologized saying that all credit card refunds being hindered as of now when dealing with international transfers. They refused to tell me the exact date my finds will arrive.
