A parcel was said to be delivered on 8/8/21, the driver took a photo of it outside my door and then when I answered it he was gone, with the parcel- I'm presuming... I contacted the chat online with Paack who told me they would investigate it - heard nothing back, filled in an online form- heard nothing back. No number to call them from and missing over £70 worth of items! User's recommendation: Be wary.
