Stealing money geom my bank account

I cancelled my subscription to prime before the free month had passed but one month later edreams prime stole from my bank account 45 euros. 3 months, 2 hours on the phone and 1 reimbursement filled form later I still haven't received my money back. Every time I call I have to speak with 4 different people and explain the problem again in differente languages. Are you serious? I'm sure you're doing it on purpose.
