Stay far away from Altice use another provider

Ill Altice is charging me for fictitious service appointments which Were not made. they refused to take the charges off of the bill this is been going on since the beginning of October. The one time I did need a tech to come out to my house he couldnt even pull the wire,I had to pull the wire from outside of my house to my television.The customer service department is a complete joke. Everything with that company is so secretive you cant get peoples identifications they wont tell you where theyre calling from its a complete joke the supervisors are rude and very unprofessional .you cant even find out where theyre calling from. I wish the Dolans were still running this company. This company has completely gone to *** Ive been with them for over 20 years and I am in the process of switching over to another provider because this company is absolutely horrendous in all aspects from service that they provide to the text service and they sent to your house and to the customer serviceIs completely atrocious. My advice to anyone considering Altice/Cabelvision stay far away your better off going back to A roof antenna and a black and white television Ill give you better service. As far as Im concerned two thumbs down for this company stay away
