They would not cover my scrip that was faxed to them from my doctor because it was my last day of coverage with them. Even though they admit to receiving the fax on time, they said their “processing time” would take too long and my coverage would have run out! They collected my insurance monthly payment for coverage for that day though! What a way to collect money and save by not filling the scrip, even though it was the same day!
