After dealing with KIA finance and trying to get a State to State transfer, I can still get what WA ST requires. KIA wants the customer to do all the leg work. This is sad. KIA has lost a customer for life, and I will do everything in my power to keep people from buying a KIA. This is from a 2x KIA owner who was going to buy again.
