State of emergency Texas
I have been trying to talk to a person at your company for over an hour. Your automated attendant is the worse one I have ever experienced. I have tried 5 different phone numbers, and your system keeps hanging up on me. I am contacting your company on behalf of my daughter in Texas. She is supposed to have her intoxalock calibrated tomorrow. She tried to postpone it with no success with your company. The Texas governor has declared Texas in a state of emergency along with the federal government. Another storm is expected for Wednesday, 2/17/21. The Texas department of transportation said all vehicles should remain off the roads until further notice. I have seen videos of the highways this morning covered in snow with absolutely no vehicle traffic. 6 people have died on interstate I35 in a 133 vehicle crash. I have seen videos of people ice skating in the streets of Texas. I have seen 4x4 trucks just sliding down the road like rain off of a windshield. Your company tells my daughter that inclement weather is no grounds to postpone a calibration? I live in the midwest, I have driven in snow and ice my whole life, I am experienced. Texas has probably never ever seen anything like this ever before. You are asking her to put her life in jeopardy and possibly endangering others to have her car lock calibrated or face the consequences? Shame on you and your company.
