This review is in response to Staples Canada's lousy policy of not allowing customers to call customer service. There is no phone number available on their website as far as I can tell. Fortunately, this site (pissedconsumer.com) had the number. Apparently this reflects how little Staples thinks of its customers. The call was about a warranty issue, which definitely required me to speak to someone. Once I got through to the correct service rep, the service was excellent. User's recommendation: Avoid Staples.ca if you want access to customer service.
