I have been trying for 3 days to get the Red Oak TX facility to get my MRI orders so I can get the damn MRI done. Staff asked my foot doctor about orders for a mammogram, not the MRI orders. Supervisor at Red Oak facility said I needed to get my doctor to get insurance pre-clearance. Stupid woman didn't bother to check my plan information. No pre-approval required. I feel like a body part, not a valued patient.
