I went inside to enquire about spray tans. Online it showed special offers for first spray tans for free and also another deal for a 5 dollar spray tan. I was told it was going to cost me 35 dollars. I was told I would get really dark by using the darkest one, no orange or spotting. Great even though I thought 35 was a little much. I was changed from normal booth (because they couldn't get it to work) to a really old booth but they said it was same. I was told afterward that it would show within 4 hours. 38 hours later, I am still very much white and super pale. It did nothing. Not even a tint to my skin. I was told customer service will not do a refund or complaints because "they're no good". I feel I was cheated out of 35 dollars. That's a lot Of money to pay for absolutely nothing. Maybe it was because I was taken to an old Run down booth that isn't normally Used? I'm not sure but I'm very upset. It took me going to Walmart and purchasing a 11 dollar bottle of sunless tan to get a nice tan within a few hours. I'm pissed to be honest and I want my money. I feel I just handed 35 dollars to someone for nothing.
