Special medication ordered from Hospital to have next day. They did not have or orderder

This is not the first time it takes time for them to order medications for my and my wife. They only excuse: "we have not gotten it get yet". I have no other solution that use another pharmacy that I am sure I will have a better service. User's recommendation: If you need some special medication fast be sure they have but don't trust they will order it. will order it right a way.
