Sorry, sorry company

Long term care policy, they want you to pay into the policy but when its time to use they do not want to pay. They use excuses and say they have not received the necessary paper work which is one big lie when you have the fax confirmation, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , THEY ARE FRAUD and after reading the reviews this statement agrees. User's recommendation: RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN.
