Cox Communications is the WORST cable company on the planet. There is so much wrong with this *** company it's almost impossible to list the things that need attention. 1. The ON DEMAND feature is not working for 2 days now. 2. Screen pixilates on any and all channels; audio drops out frequently. 3. At least 2 movie channels right now have audio/visual out of sync, i.e., the characters' lips move and then the dialogue line follows. 4. The program guide is frequently incorrect, i.e., a movie is listed that is not the movie that plays when the time comes or it's a remake of a movie from years ago and the movle shown is not the version listed in the guide. 5. AND SO MUCH MORE User's recommendation: Avoid this company at all cost if you can - get satellite TV instead of cable.
