11 years ago I had the typical run around with this slipshod outfit. I attempted to get resolution with two letters and a phone call. Got zip, zilch, nada. After I sent letters to the local BBB, Canton Chamber of Commerce, a local Canton TV station, and my bank I got their attention. I keep the documentation to remind myself that some companies are run by functionally illiterate dirtbags. User's recommendation: Turn around and run!!
