Some issues with overcharging last days

I have had some troubles with overcharging from the bank over the last 5 days, and I could understand what was going on with my bank account since I always paid for everything on time. I tried to call their representatives but my calls were continuously redirected to different departments. One lady suggested me to visit their branch to submit a claim and wait for the solution. I am still waiting for the results, however, I believe they should immediately inform their clients about overcharging events. Otherwise, they may lose loyal clients. Other experience with the bank is awesome if you do not run a business account. For entrepreneurs, I do not know how it all works. I am looking forward to updating on the solution I receive from the bank.
