Flight delays and poor customer service.

FLIGHT DELAY on 16-1-21 from Sharjah to Islamabad. It is highly deplorable that Airblue has become a source of continuous tension and anxiety for its customers. Poor service!

They promised delivery within 1 business day. It is already the third day and the goods have not been delivered. On the third day, I called to inquire about the order. They replied: - The goods are already at the courier, they will be delivered today. In the evening, at 17:30, I called again, another operator replied that you can pick up the goods from us. To the question, how so? At the beginning of the day, I was promised delivery today. They replied to me, "We will call you back later." Nobody called back... Don't order there! If you expect delivery time!
