Sold me insurance without my knowledge and I already had a full coverage policy

Hertz at McCarran Airport in Las Vegas told me to sign for the car pick up in which I had already paid in advance with insurance policy attached, and the agent had attached extra insurances without my knowledge. Hertz took me $177.77 ! Customer service will not help me or let me file a complaint. The agent hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor.
