My husband and I bought a Honda at David McDavid in Irving. We had settled on a price. I wanted to pay cash, but they insisted we finance as they receive incentives for that. I had to leave to pick up my son from school and left my husband to complete the paperwork. I found out later that they added nearly $1000 to the agreed upon sales price in the financing process. It was not additional fees...they simply increased the amount to finance by nearly $1,000. I was pissed. Nothing we can do now. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!! And we certainly will not be using them for any service either!
