I was staying iat the hotel and was smoking in the room. I was charged 375.38 instead of the 250 that the hotel says Id be charged. Their excuse was that I continued to smoke in the room after I was told not to which is not true. The manager basically said I was losing and charged me the extra 100. Also my company truck and personal truck was broken into on my last stay. Management didnt even say sorry or offer any help. User's recommendation: Don’t stay in Charlotte. Management is awful.
