Update by user Apr 09, 2021 I WENT BACK TO COLDER'S IN MARCH. THE MANAGER AGREED TO ORDER ANOTHER MATTRESS/BOX SPRING TO REPLACE THE ONE THAT SMELLS. I WAITING FOR WEEKS WHILE HEARING NOTHING FROM THE STORE. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER WAS HELD UP IN TEXAS BECAUSE OF FLOODS, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH. I WAITED ANOTHER WEEK AND CALLED AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER IS COMING IN THIS WEEK AND WILLBE DELIVERED NEXT WEEK. WE'LL SEE. HARD TO BELIEVE SERVICE CAN BE SO BAD. Original review posted by user Mar 09, 2021 BOUGHT A MATTRESS 7/20 FOR ABOUT $800. IT SMELLS LIKE A STRONG CHEMICAL. THEY SAID THEY DO NOT TAKE MATTRESSES BACK. COLDER'S SENT A GUY TO MEASURE THE DEPTH INSTEAD OF ADDRESSING THE REAL PROBLEM. THEN, THEY SENT A LETTER OF REJECTION. User's recommendation: BEWARE.
