Slow to adapt, terrible webmail interface, COX always seems to be a 1/2 decade behind the curve with their software

2

I have been getting 5-6 spam emails, every night, for the past 8-10 months. They almost always have the same subject lines "Renewal by Anderson", "Home Warranty", "Lumiguard", "Walk-in Safety Tub", etc. and the content is either blank, or just random characters. I have tried the COX web-tools and set up filters to send those subject items directly to the SPAM folder, but it never works. How is it that a company that pats it's own back about how great they are, and how good their security is, can seem to figure out how to automatically block this nightly SPAM email. Complete joke of a company. User's recommendation: I'm in an area where the only viable ISP is COX, I would recommend anyone else, if they were available....DON'T USE COX.
