I ordered the free sample SkinElement. I did not know that they would automatically send and charge me for another jar of the cream. The company charged me for this one and I felt it was way too expensive and could not afford it, so I called to cancel any further shipments. The associate informed me any further shipments would be cancelled. When I received my next bill there was a charge on my statement for a jar of cream (which I didn't receive). Evidently the shipment was canceled but the charges were not. When I called the company, I gave the associate my order number, product number and my credit card number, e-mail address, postal address, and telephone number. He said he could not find my order with the information I gave him and someone would call me back. I have not heard from anyone as of yet. Very disappointed with this company!
