Site still not working

I have had a Yahoo Small business website dor my hair salon for about 9 months. It worked awesome until 3 months ago. Now does not pull up. I have spent 4 hours on the phone with customer service. They are in India. They could not fix it. Go a hold of the lady that sold us the product. She said it is working. It's NOT Working. Horrible customer service
