I paid for a years service on February 2, 2021,21 of $294. I now have no service. I called twice and first was told I could have an additional service for just $16 a month, I just said, please start the service I paid for. We finally agreed that the person I was talking to was unable to help me. The call lasted over 30 minutes. The next call was referred to technical service where I was told that service would restart Did not! not! start. Did not! User's recommendation: Do not always to be reliable.
