Siding applied to garage was not done by professionals and a portion was redone after filing a complaint. After completion an unused/unopened box of siding was taken and given back to the sales representative. When the sales was questioned about the unused siding, the representative stated that he had over estimated the amount of aluminum siding to be used. He was informed that the customer had paid for the excess siding and needed to be reimbursed for the siding taken back. A complaint was given to a sales manager who stated that he would investigate or look into the issue. No response was ever received or reimbursement received. Even though the sales representative may be paid by commission of sales, ultimately the company is responsible for the actions of their sales people.
