I am making an official complaint against shopify support for failing to provide the service I am paying for as per contract. You have been asked numerous times to pass to technical support and each time you refuse and instead a non technician does a quick test order and says no issues with site even though there is issues as customers have pointed out and the huge drop out rate clearly shows! I wish to make an official complaint, I will also raise this online to depts in canada as you are illegally breaching your contract with me by failing to provide a service as agreed, also you are breaking the law by not providing a complaints procedure.

If you are actual Representative of Shopify you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
