Hello, I made an online purchase from Hockerty, a website that sells menswear. They announced free shipping. When the package arrived I was stunned to finda 166 euro expense to be payed by me in customs. After three weeks exchanging emails with four different people from hockerty, who I am not even sure talked to each other, and receiving dozens of emails either in english or in spanish, god knows why, and calling DHL to have them repeat payment request, they agreed to pay a part of it only, leaving me aprox. 50 euro at loss. A exhausting blunder and a terrible experience. After that, the garments arrived and were both completly unwearable despite the fact that I was extra carefull with measurements in several ways I can further elaborate if necessary as I know a bit of classic menswear measurements. I have been at this for the entire last month of 2020 and absolutly do not want another shipment or any replacement garments from them. I don t even want them to refund the extra money I payed for the customs blunder. However, I have to demand a refund, something that is not in their policy. I wish to take legal action and repport this situation as publicly as possible. How should I proceed ? Best regards.
