Attempt to buy a 40$ item but get told my card cant be authorized and to add another card. I check my account and 2$ was charged by the microsoft store. Looking around it seems that getting your account skimmed by their online store is pretty common with both the website and the xbox store. Trying to contact support leads to an hour of insulting troubleshooting and runaround ending with their assertion that no transaction was made, which is true and part of the problem.
