Shady Billing and inept customer service

Been with them for a month- paid first bill sept 1st. with app, credo took it out of my bank twice. Got nowhere w/credo, bank dispute settled today, made permenant my refund for one payment. Got nasty text from credo saying my account was overdue by the amount of the bank refund and would suspend service if I didn't make a payment four days from now. Also sent them my old iphone 6 three weeks ago, supposed to get credit- nothing yet. Really sweet on phone, I think they're all stoned because the money screw ups are unbearable. As soon as dispute is settled I will drop them like fire. Absolutely maddening!
