After calling to cut the service on 3/11/2021, I have received a bill on 3/31 for service for the month of April. We usually pay service in advance. My last bill was paid for service until 3/6. After raising the bill 20%, I decided to change providers. They should charge for service from 3/7 thru 3/11. Instead, I got a bill for the whole month today 3/31, because the disconnection of the service is on 4/6. Also, they have cut the service effectively on 3/11, so basically they want to collect payment for services not delivered. User's recommendation: Stay away from Suddenlink/Altice.
