Looks like whirlpool outsourced their service to third parties. Initially the repairman told the thermostat has to be replaced in the refrigerator. When he was fixing the thermostat, he broke the ADC board and said now i need to pay for the ADC board. If he had told me it will cost me half the cost of refrigerator, i would have went with buying a new refrigerator. Called whirlpool service center, they declined to cover some percentage of the costs due to the poor repair service. User's recommendation: whirlpool servicing is very very bad.
